30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused (trying on indoors is fine)
• Unwashed and unaltered
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Returned with all armour inserts included
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@taurusbikegear.com before sending anything back. Items returned without an approved request will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us immediately with clear photos and we'll make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.

International Returns & Exchanges
All Taurus Bike Gear orders ship from the UK. If you're returning from outside the UK:

• You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to the UK.
• For exchanges, you are also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
• Clearly mark your parcel as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration so no import duties are charged.
• If we are charged customs duties or import fees on your return, this amount will be deducted from your refund or charged before your exchange is sent.
• Always request a tracking number from your carrier.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the funds.

Refunds are not available on bundle purchases that included a discount or a free item.
